Designed within a limited footprint and developed through close collaboration with the client, the apartment reflects personal preferences translated into a cohesive interior language. Every choice from, materials to furniture and lighting, was guided by livability, ease of use, and timeless appeal.

The open-plan living zone combines kitchen, dining, and lounge areas into one fluid space. A marble-effect island becomes the central anchor of the apartment, connecting cooking, gathering, and daily routines. Soft upholstery, warm wood flooring, and layered textiles add comfort while maintaining visual simplicity.

The bedroom continues the same restrained palette, introducing textured wall treatments, integrated storage, and gentle lighting to create a calm retreat. Thoughtful built-in elements maximize functionality without overloading the room, allowing the space to remain open and restful.

Bathrooms are finished in natural stone-inspired surfaces and warm wood accents, combining durability with a spa-like atmosphere. Clean detailing and integrated storage ensure efficiency within a compact layout.
