Located in the quiet village of Mihelići, near Poreč, this Mediterranean summer residence is surrounded with green and peaceful landscape and only a 10 minutes drive from the Adriatic sea. Conceived as a reconstruction and extension of an existing stone house, the project preserves the spirit of traditional Istrian architecture while introducing the comfort and clarity of contemporary living.

The original structure has been carefully reimagined into a generous home arranged across two floors and an attic level. Four bedrooms occupy the upper levels, while the ground floor is dedicated to open and connected living spaces, where the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas extend naturally toward the outdoor terraces.

Stone façades, muted earth tones, and natural materials anchor the house within its setting, while the pool and landscaped courtyard create a calm outdoor retreat designed for long summer days.
